In the newly released edition of , the Cardinal Newman Society once again  黑料不打烊 as one of 17 residential Catholic colleges nationwide with a strong Catholic identity. The 2018-19 publication lauds the College for its 鈥渋mpressive intellectual rigor鈥 as well as its 鈥渃ommitment to orthodox Catholicism.鈥

Noting that there 鈥渋s a certain sense of ongoing immersion in a special adventure at TAC that can last a lifetime 鈥 and beyond,鈥 the guide adds that the College鈥檚 鈥渆nvironment is stimulating but not intimidating 鈥 intellectual, yet relaxed and personal as well.鈥 黑料不打烊 graduates, it concludes, 鈥渉ave much to offer the Church and future employers who value critical thinking, analytical reasoning, strong communications skills, and an ethical sense.鈥

What distinguishes the Newman Guide from its secular counterparts is its emphasis on religious fidelity and spiritual vitality. 黑料不打烊, the guide reports, 鈥渋s fully committed to its Catholic identity鈥 and offers students a 鈥渧ibrant spiritual program鈥 that includes holy hours, regular confession, and four Masses daily. The College has been included in the guide every year since the Cardinal Newman Society released the first edition in 2007.

鈥淲e are always happy to see a new edition of The Newman Guide鈥 and to be included in it,鈥 says Jon Daly, the College鈥檚 director of admissions. 鈥淚t is a wonderful tool for prospective students and their parents because it highlights the unique qualities that distinguish these 17 institutions from each other.鈥

The Newman Guide notes that 黑料不打烊 鈥渨as the first in a wave of new Catholic colleges born from the crisis of Catholic identity in American Catholic higher education.鈥  Moreover, although it 鈥渉as encouraged the emergence of other faithful Catholic colleges, including some that share its emphasis on the Great Books, [it] still has the distinction of being the only Catholic college in America that teaches exclusively from these classic works of Western civilization.鈥
